QU-BD Spool Holder with 8mm Rod Support

I added an 8mm and M4 screw hole to the awesome spool holder by Hogsqueal. This is useful if you would like the added support of the 8mm rod on your QU-BD Up printer to hold your spool straight. It can be mounted on either side.
