Version 2 - Hot end fan shroud for e3d v5 with part cooling duct 40mm fan Kossel/Smartrapcore Alu

The main difference here is that instead of printing a small end cap for the duct so you shut off the air flow when printing ABS, in this version there is a sliding shutter which can be open for PLA or closed for ABS (or part closed - so might be worth experimenting with).
