[WIP/Request] This 1980s gatchapon robot...?

Does anyone in the Thingiverse recognize this thing? I've had it since the 80s, no idea where it came from, I vaguely recall it coming in a matchbox-sized-box; it snaps together, that's obviously not its original right arm, and I think it came with a winged backpack at one point. I'll model out what I've got (and flip it for the missing half), but the backpack...might anyone have one they can measure for me?
