This is the bamboo hole cover that HDB flat in Singapore uses. Mainly to cover these holes that are outside of the flat and maybe filled up with water which may in turn breed mosquitos.
Printed using ABS and not PLA as ABS can take high temperature better than PLA.

With a ring at the side to tie string and a drain hole at the bottom just in case water got retained and can be drained off.
