Adjustable Belt Tensioner

Remix of my Screw Together Belt Tensioner. This one adds an adjustable plate to the inside that allows you to adjust the tension. It also makes it much easier to put on than my original.

All holes should be tapped with an M3 tap. I recommend using nylon bolts for the adjustment screws so you can cut off the excess when you are done tightening the tensioner.
