5/8" to 1" Arbor Adapter

My Harbor Freight 8" grinder has a 5/8" arbor, but my Harbor Freight 8" buffing wheel has a 1" hole. Add to that, the thickness of the cotton wheel is not enough for the nut to tighten down, forcing me to cobble together washers and spacers. This usually left me with the wheel horribly off-balance or easily knocked off balance.
