gMax 1.0 Upgraded Spool Filament Holder and Filament Guide

These parts are upgrades fro the gcreate gMax 1.0 to replace the stock spool filament holder. The concept is taken from the gMax 1.5+ and modified to fit the gMax 1.0 frame. A new simple filament guide is also made available.
