Bushing holder for 20mm hole-separation

Prusa i3 and derivatives are using 20mm between support holes for the bushings. Most people will use these holes to ziptie the bearings to the carriage.

Recently I was in a build were that was not an option as I needed the carriage to be way above the smooth rod, so I created this part.

It will allow you to ziptie the bearing to the holder and the holder has nut-traps for M3 that with 12mm M3 screws will allow the part to be securely fixed to the carriage.
