Mini Kossel E3D V6 Effector & 30mm Duct fan

This is my remix of various part to make what IMHO is the best compromise.
One of the challenge with a Mini Kossel is the size of the effector and effectively making sure anything that you add to it, do not or least doesn't reduce the build volume too much as anything added to the side will get caught by the belt when printing near the edge of the build volume. The other little things is the E3D V6 is a longer hotend than alternative. I wanted an effector that allow me to mount the hotend with
