Z-Endstop for Prusa i3 - Micro Adjustment for Opto - V2

I needed a very finely adjustable Y-Axis end stop for an Opto-coupler. As I could not find
anything that met my needs I designed my own.

There is a eye on the back of the body to cable tie the sensor cable

I also added a body for the Idler side of the printer if you need to put the sensor on that side or if you are using two endstops in your firmware configuration.

One full turn of the adjustment wheel moves the sensor 0.5mm.
The adjustment range is a full 12mm.
