Pan Tilt Compact Explorer

UPDATE: Added BaseV2.0 and TiltV2.0, this is for mount the tiltservo on to the bottom on the tilt-plate and connect the servo-rod to the baseplate. Also cutted of the extra edges on the base sticking out. V2 base and V1 (final) tilt still works together if you want to mount your tiltservo on to the base and dont want to have the extra edges sticking out.
