Folgertech Prusa I3 X-axis upgrade NO LM8UU BEARINGS

This is an X-axis upgrade for the Folgertech Prusa I3 variant. I've taken the current x-axis and moved the x-axis extruder up in the z-direction to allow more z-distance for the ED3 hot-end I've put on my MK-8 extruder. I've also removed all LM8UU bearings from both the x-axis carriage and x-axis holders. They were noisy and really unnecessary, printer works great without them just letting the plastic be the bushing. I've also changed the belt attachment to be a wrap around design with a zip-tie
