Giant Lego Long Dress / Bell Bottoms / Long Skirt

The Hips are modified to accommodate the dress. The dress it self actually looks more like bell bottom Jeans so it can be used for those as well. I did split the dress in two so as to allow movement of the lego. I also built the dress on top of the regular lego legs. You may also want to make the top as well as it looks pretty good with it.
