Slim - US Cable-Guy - manage your wall warts

Version of my [Oz Cable-Guy](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:137830) for the US Plug.

This is based off Wikipedia sourced measurements and only tested on the one US Plug I have.

I call him Slim, as it doesn't seem US sockets have the recess, so he doesn't need to be as stout as the Oz one. I made both pins the size of the neutral pin, hope that works. Let me know.
