Tantillus (Ultius) Z-endstop - remix

Needed a good endstop for my new Tantillus Z-axis and found Really High accuracy adjustable Z Endstop for Prusa which I remixed to Work for my purpose.

I can't really remember the changes I did exactly, but I did away with the metal rod part.

**Recommendations**
If you DO plan on using my Z-Axis I recommend using Z-MAX endstop for homing purposes as the nozzles doesn't get squeezed into the plastic when homing.
