QAV/QAV-R Rear LED mount

Fits QAV and QAV-R frames.

Two versions:
1. For mounting on standard 5mm standoffs
2. For mounting on custom 5.7mm standoffs (or standard standoffs with headshrink)

Update 2016-03-17: Changed custom standoffs to 5.7mm and both have now a bigger hole for the wires.
