Another strength related test similar to Formed bracket done earlier. I printed a punch and die with the dart built in. Took just over 2hrs. Then using Solidworks designed my bracket as a sheet metal part and flattened the blank. clamped all three together and dipped in boiling water to the die set, about 10 seconds.
