I do not smoke tobacco but I have friends that do.
I've made a few of these in abs.
I make them very thick and heavy.
I'm currently using a custom .9mm nozzle, printing 20mms, 251c, .75mm layer thickness, 100c bed on blue tape and hair spray..
With raft.
Slow and easy.
Very nice visually thick layers.
Very strong.
With these settings it prints in 1 hr and 45 minutes on my Powerspec 3d PRO.
