Lowest friction for CTC dual extruder. 4mm OD/2mm ID PTFE filament guide plugs direct into extruder levers.
This is a derivation of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1339183 for the umbilical support, but with the filament support moved into the extruders.
Assembly image shows brass bush in blue over cap head bolt. This is a 10mm length of 4mm OD tube with 0.45mm wall thickness. I used http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/231504513751 and cut it with a pipe cutter http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/13112007555
