The STL file is recreated with real adjustment measures , Keep in mind that the PLA , ABS , etc ... has dilations materials and therefore should be adjusted millimeters or tenths when printing.
Start with "Case.STL" and go after adjusting tolerances expansion as the material used . In my case they have made small decimal variation
