Maglite 2C flashlight wall mount (repaired)

This is a remix of [JeffHogan's thing](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:902268), a Maglite 2C wall mount, but it was broken in any slicer I tried. With the help of Blender and netfabb basic, I patched it up.
