TAZ 40mm Hex Fan Mount

I've been having problems with heat creep, so I was in the market for a more powerful heat sink fan for my new TAZ 5. I really like tmorris9's design, but wanted to clean it up a bit. Other than slightly cleaner geometry it's the same part.

I'm still waiting on my fan so I haven't been able to install this yet, but tmorris9's design seems to be working for people. If anyone has troub
