NGP (No Ground Plane) Leveling Block for Firestik Side Mount CB Antenna

This is (what I call) a 'leveling block' for a NGP (No Ground Plane) Side Mount Firestik CB Antenna. My truck cap (Jason brand) is angled and not straight (up) and so in order for me to mount my antenna so it is level and not mounted at the same angle as the cap side, I created this leveling block to account for the angle and get the antenna mounted plumb.
