RepRapDiscount Full Graphic Smart Controller bottom cover with single solid base layer for easier/better prints

I had issues with printing the Bottom cover from the original.
The issues was that my slicer insists, to print a single perimeters of alle the holes before filling the rest of the bottom. This resulted (many times) in failed prints, since the perimeters of the holes did not adhere well on its own on the bed, and ended up getting dragged with the nozzle creating quite a mess.

My solution was to add a solid 0.2mm bottom layer to the whole case, including a fixed Brim, thus having a better chan
