Based on danzca6's comment I put more effort into this. Now you can mark 90, 100, and 110mm. See it's good to voice all opinions! :)
It's so hard to get my calibers into the printer to mark off exactly 100 mm for before you tell your printer to extrude exactly 100mm of filament for calibration. so... Here you go.
Just hold the bar in place and mark with a marker then on your controller move the Extruder axis 100 mm and adjust CONTROL/MOTION/"Esteps/mm"
