15mm Scale Devastator Marine

I scaled up the epic scale Devastator Marine by [fractalnoise](http://www.thingiverse.com/fractalnoise/about) and added a few details. I scaled this to be slightly larger than my other 15mm infantry since they are supposed to be very large men in heavy power armor.
