Wanhao D4X/Replicator/CTC/Flashforge Printer dlink 930l Camera Mount

Took the mount by fzahn and modified it for my Wanhao Duplicator 4X with a DLINK 930l camera using the threaded section from camera mount made by mtanu. This should work for any DLINK camera with the same screw on style mount.
