If you need a cable chain here comes one, which is in both directions bendable.
Measures:
Outer: 16,00 x 12,50 mm
Inner: 10,30 x 6,00 mm
Length: 24,05 (one segment),
Distance of axis: 13,00 mm

You need 4 links to get a 180 degree turn.
This needs almost 35 mm in height.
