Remix of Direct-drive hinged extruder for E3D/J-Head hot-end

A remixed version of ffleureys direct drive extruder modified for 3mm filament and to fit a standard J-Head MK 5 V (which has slightly different mounting dimensions. Have not had a chance to test it yet as waiting for a MK8 gear and bearing.

Update 8th March 2016: modified the idler as bearings were too tight a fit, especially if you print fast and don't get a good quality print.
