Amazon Elements Baby-Wipe holder for Ikea Gulliver changing table

This holder model is designed to hold a package of Amazon Elements baby wipes, and hang on the rail of an Ikea Gulliver changing table. The raised areas on the arms fits between the tabs on the wipe packaging, so that it's held securely.

I'm sure it might fit other changing tables and/or wipe packages, but we buy the amazon wipes by the case and we bought our changing table at Ikea, so that's what I based the measurements on.
