Modified Tobeca endstop

This is a modified version of tobeca endstop_z.

The scad file use the open source files provided by Tobeca.

This version does not require to be well fixed by screw (but I put some to avoid it to move anyway) and the switch is not in a grip but screwed.

It uses this file:
