HDB Bamboo Pole Holder (For Singapore)

Modified the original STL to produce 2 designs that can cover either (a) 39mm and (b) 44mm diameter holders.

I have added a ring to each cap and made it easier to print. The ring is for you to tie a string to secure the cap to the holder. In case you accidentally drop the cap.
