Small Lock Spirit

This is inspired by the lock spirits described in Onyx Path Publishing's Chronicles of Darkness book, Dark Eras. Lock Spirits are part of the Bowery Dogs chapter, and described as being part of the Court of Fair Wages, locking things in place that they consider to be desirable.
