Garden Hose Flow Control, 0.5 gpm.

After toiling around with these restricter plates: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:134294 , I took the time to make up a version that screws directly on the hose end (GHT = 1 1/16" x 11.5 TPI). The plate is a bit too fiddly. The idea is to restrict the flow to a known rate (about a half a gallon a minute) and water trees with a slow soaking effect. I also wanted the output to be a gentle flow, rather than a high pressure stream. This version (_3) seems to work reasonably well.
