14 inch Tom

A slim 14 inch tom that can be fixed to a cymbal stand or other. It fits on the clamp and arms from an Ipad holder on thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2856544

You can choose which parts of the clamp and arms you print. I connected it straight to the clamp, without any arms, because I think it might get bouncy otherwise.

Glue the parts of the tom with strong epoxy glue otherwise they will be thorn apart by the tensioning rods.

You need to add swivel nuts, but drum lugs are not needed, they are incorporated in the shell.

I also added some small plates which I bolted to connect the parts of the tom for extra strength (had to drill some holes in the plastic).

Sounds really good if you use decent heads and tune well.

Printed with cheap PLA, don't remember the infill, but I thik it was 30%
