MK7 StepStruder Mounting Foot

A better mounting foot than the rather poorly conceived mounting scheme that MakerBot ships with their MK7 kit. It cuts the number of things that need to be aligned at once from four to two. I am anticipating removing the MK7 a bit, as I plan to build my own second extruder.
