Extruder and centrifugal fan bracket - Prusa i3 - 30mm carriage

Here is a remix of my previous fan bracket. After installing the heat bed on my Prusa i3, the big fan tuned out to be cooling the bed a bit too much so I replaced it by a centrifugal fan which blows on a smaller area.
