HICTOP Prusa X-Bearing Plate for Wade's Extruders

This was made out of necessity to mount a Wade's type extruder to a Prusa type X axis that uses 3 bearing blocks.

UPDATE:
The actual printer is a HICTOP.
I opened the holes more. My printer seems to close them just a little more than I want.
