Ultimaker 2 filament guide

A filament guide for the UM2 to be mounted with a M3x13 screw (or a M3x16 and an washer) below the extruder.
A M5x20 Screw is required to connect the arm to the base and a 606 ball bearing keeps the wheel moving :-)
This construction is used by me to use a wall hanging spool (rotated by 90 degrees to the original mount) behind the UM2.
