Designed this to keep my Raspberry PI inside my 3D printer. Bought KIS3R33S Module 7V- 24V to 5V /3A and designed this enclosure. It fits perfectly. Attached actual SCAD file. For airflow, it uses http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1387157. By editing attached SCAD you can use suitable patterns.

This also can be viewed as proof of concept for designing friction based sliding covers.
