Sleeve Case for ODROID C2/C1+

This is a sleeve case for the ODROID C2 and should also fit the C1+ (I do not have one to test). I based it on walter's simple and elegant design with my own touches. It is quite a bit more bulky due to the C2's included heatsink and bottom side components and I cannot promise it will clear an eMMC module (again, don't have one).
