This relies on the layer lines to form a sort of labyrinth seal to be water-tight. It does hold water, but you will need to make sure that there is a tight fit between sides A and B. It also helps to apply some pressure (thus the clamp). The mold itself didn't come apart well and I lost the finer features of the bomb. I recommend coating
