FAST Helmet GoPro Mount V3

Version 3 of [GoPro mount for a F.A.S.T helmet](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1390801).

This corrects the horizontal angle as well as the vertical. As the side rail is curved you may need slightly more or less angle depending on how far forward or back you mount it.
