Ultrabay Slim to Ultrabay Adaptor

This is a shim to allow you to fit an Ultrabay Slim device (in my case, a DVD write) into a standard Ultrabay Thinkpad (T420). Ultrabay Slim is 2.9mm smaller than a regular Ultrabay and this shim allows a little more rigidity when in use, and fills the gap above the drive. I glued mine to the top of the DVD drive.
