JR TX Piggy-back module adapter

Had this old JR FM Tx laying idle so I decided to convert it to 2.4GHz using a Spektrum DSM2 module for my E-flite Blade msr. The module is intended for a futaba tx, so I had to add a small circuit board to convert the ppm frame to the correct levels and swap two sticks on the control board.
