I rounded the outside corners, and blunted the inner corners of the base. I blunted the corners of the lid and redid the text as it looked bad after going through the file conversion process. A friend also requested that I drop the area for the larger cards by 3 mm. Finally, I widened the base by 1 mm as the lid fit too loosely for my taste. This now leaves a 0.5 mm gap according to the models.
