I was unhappy with how warm the VRM heat sink was getting on my inverted ATX motherboard and how noisy the stock 70mm fan was on the heat sink, so I made this.
This replaces the plastic shroud and 70mm fan and allows 2x 80mm fans that overhang over the RAM and VRM heat sink to keep everything cool.
I used Artic 80mm PWM fans with built in 4pin splitters to retain the PWM control of the factory fan. http://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-F8-PWM-PST-Controlled/dp/B002KTVFPI
