I updated the design so it might be useful for you guys now. And attached a file to somewhat help with assembly.
In the design i used 40x40x20 fans but i will make a version of the fan duct for 10mm thick fans.
BTW haven't found a solution for mounting the fan in a way so it will be easy to remove so y
