2X Ball Bearing 688zz
6X Bolt 1.8mm/12mm
2X Allen bolt 3mm (to fix the steel cable on center axis)
3m of steel cable (plastic covered or not, it is up to you), cables diamiters from 1,6mm(no covered) to 2,5mm(plastic covered) was tested, less diamiter / more fast

I suggest to print it in PLA, 0.2mm layer and 40% in fill
