Ultimaker 2 (Aluminum) XY blocks for 15mm bearing

I've created some X-Y blocks for the Ultimaker 2 Aluminum i've built by the design of jasonatepaint. They fit the 15mm ball bearings to replace the copper bushings.

Because the blocks are bigger, only one (Left Y block) has a mounting for an endstop screw. I've extended the X endstop to now hit the X block itself.
